Reserve your bike — free
Pick your city, model and plan. Check live availability, read the rental rules and see your exact price and deposit. Send your request — no payment, no signing.
02
We hold a bike for you
We confirm you are a real courier and reserve a specific bike for you, usually within 24 hours. You receive a secure portal link by email.
03
Sign & pay
You sign the rental agreement in person at pickup — this makes it legally binding. Then pay your first 30 days and the refundable deposit.
04
Pick up and start delivering
Collect your bike at a city pickup point or request local delivery. Your bike and charger are ready at handover; optional paid add-ons are set up only if you selected them.
SignedYour agreement is signed and your rental is confirmed — legally binding and ready to ride.

Brake adjustments, punctures and general maintenance are part of every plan. If a bike needs longer repair we replace it where stock allows — your shifts keep running. Damage and theft follow a clear process you sign for up front.

Yes. The rentaro fleet is built for city delivery shifts and suits couriers on any major platform. We are an independent rental service and are not officially affiliated with any delivery platform.
30 days. After your first month you can extend month-to-month or switch to a longer plan with a lower daily rate.
Pricing is per 30-day period. Your first payment covers the first 30 days, the refundable deposit and any optional paid add-ons you selected. Charger and service support are included with the bike; extra batteries, bags, locks and other gear are separate add-ons.
Yes. Brake adjustments, puncture handling and routine service support are included in every plan. Damage, theft or misuse follows the rental rules; if a bike needs longer service, we replace it where stock allows.
No. The bike comes with its normal battery and charger. An extra battery is available as an optional paid add-on for long delivery days.
A refundable security deposit equal to your bike's 30-day price is taken at pickup — the exact amount is shown during booking. It is returned at the end of your rental minus any damage beyond fair wear.
We operate in Tallinn + Riga today, with Helsinki coming soon. Collect at a city pickup point or request local delivery in your area.
You sign the rental agreement in person at pickup. After approval we also email you the contract, so you can sign it yourself in advance — on paper, or digitally with DigiDoc / Smart-ID — and upload the signed copy in your rental portal.
